About this policy
Sanna Lind Studio is an independent design studio based in Stockholm, Sweden. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse our website, discuss a project or work with us. For privacy enquiries, contact hello@sannalind.studio.
Information you share
When you enquire about web design, product design, brand identity or another service, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, work email, company, project requirements, budget and correspondence. We use the details needed to discuss your project. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through a general enquiry.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to reply to messages, assess project fit, prepare estimates and arrange calls. For client engagements, we also use relevant information to plan and deliver work, manage payments and maintain business records. Depending on the purpose, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running the studio or legal obligations. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it at any time.
Website services and cookies
Our website is hosted on Framer. Framer’s built-in analytics provide aggregate website usage statistics without relying on analytics cookies. Links to booking platforms, social networks and other external services may take you to websites with their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not use this website to sell personal information or build advertising profiles. Any optional technology requiring consent is used only after that consent has been given.
Who receives information
We share relevant information only with service providers supporting website hosting, business email, scheduling, invoicing and project delivery, or where disclosure is legally required. Collaborators receive only the information needed for their role and are expected to protect confidential material. Where personal information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer safeguards are required.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry correspondence while a project is being discussed and for as long as needed to follow up, resolve questions or protect legitimate business interests. Client and financial records are retained for the engagement and any applicable accounting, tax or legal retention period. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. We use appropriate access controls and other reasonable safeguards, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to hello@sannalind.studio. You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority.
